Document Requirements

To enroll in the Ship's Catering Services NC I course, candidates must provide essential documents:

  • Birth Certificate: A photocopy of the candidate's birth certificate serves as proof of age and identity.

  • Marriage Certificate (if applicable): For married female candidates, a photocopy of the marriage certificate is required.

  • Previous School Record: Candidates must submit a photocopy of their high school or college transcript of records, demonstrating their educational background.

  • Clearances: Photocopies of either a Barangay Clearance or NBI Clearance are essential for background verification.

  • Diploma or Transcript of Records: For high school graduates, a photocopy of the diploma or Form 139/ALS (Alternative Learning System) is necessary.
