The City Government of Taguig has opened its doors to Filipino financial professionals, announcing a recruitment drive for Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) to join its public service ranks.


In an announcement released by the local education office, the city expressed a strategic preference for applicants who were former beneficiaries of the Lifeline Assistance for Neighbors In-need (L.A.N.I.) Scholarship Program.

The L.A.N.I. Scholarship Program has long been a cornerstone of Taguig’s "Probinsiya-syudad" initiative, supporting thousands of students through their board exam reviews and higher education. by prioritizing former scholars, the city aims to create a "full-circle" opportunity where those supported by the city's taxpayers can now contribute their expertise back to the local government’s operations.

While the preference is given to L.A.N.I. alumni, the city clarifies that the call is open to all qualified CPAs who are looking to build a career in public service and local governance.
