Starting January 2, 2026, families planning a fun day out at the TLC Play Park in Taguig will need to transition to a new digital entry system. To ensure a smooth and organized experience for all Taguigeños, the city has implemented a mandatory online booking process.

If you’re planning a visit, here is everything you need to know about the new registration steps and the updated park guidelines.

How to Book Your Slot Online

To manage the number of visitors and maintain safety, walk-ins are being replaced by an easy five-step online registration through the official Taguig portal:

  • Log In: Access your account at tlcportal.taguig.gov.ph.

  • Select Venue: Choose TLC Play Park from your user dashboard.

  • Fill in Details: Enter the required information, including the names of the children and their guardians. Select your preferred date and time slot, then click “Submit.”

  • Confirmation: Wait for the system to confirm your appointment.

  • Save Your QR Code: Once confirmed, your appointment details and a QR code will appear. Take a screenshot of this code, as it must be presented at the entrance for scanning.

Operating Hours

The park follows a specific schedule to allow for midday breaks and regular upkeep:

Tuesday to Sunday:
  • Morning Session: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
  • Afternoon Session: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Monday: CLOSED for maintenance.

Note: While booking is required, admission remains on a first-come, first-served basis within your scheduled slot. Hours may change during special city events.

Essential Park Guidelines

To keep the environment safe and enjoyable, the City of Taguig reminds all visitors of the following rules:

Age and Supervision

The play area is strictly for children ages 3 to 12 years old.

Adults are prohibited from using the play equipment; they are there to supervise.

Each child must be accompanied by one (1) adult guardian at all times.

Capacity and Time Limits

To prevent overcrowding, a maximum of 100 children is allowed per time slot.

Play sessions start every hour on the hour and are limited to one (1) hour per child to ensure everyone gets a turn.

A priority lane is available for children with disabilities.

Health and Safety

Socks are mandatory inside the play area. Shoes must be stored in the provided cabinets.

Pockets must be emptied of sharp or pointed objects before playing.

No food or drinks are allowed inside the play area. Dedicated snack areas and merchants are located nearby.

The park is a pet-free and smoke-free zone.

Cleanliness and Conduct

Visitors are encouraged to practice CLAYGO (Clean As You Go).

Be courteous: no pushing, shoving, or rough play.

Report any damaged equipment to on-site personnel immediately.

Safety and Liability

The City of Taguig prioritizes the well-being of its residents, but reminds parents that they are ultimately responsible for their children's behavior and safety. In the event of an emergency, medical assistance is available on-site, or you may contact the emergency hotline at (02) 8-789-3200.

By following these new booking procedures and park rules, the Taguig community can continue to enjoy a clean, safe, and world-class recreational space for their children.
