The City Government of Taguig, through the Taguig Medical Assistance Office, is set to conduct a series of free circumcision programs, known as "Operation Libreng Tuli," in various barangays this June. This initiative aims to provide essential medical services to young male residents.


Barangay Bagumbayan


Operation Libreng Tuli in Barangay Bagumbayan will take place on June 7, 2024, Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM at C.P. Sta. Teresa Elementary School.

Important Guidelines

1. Consent Forms: Obtain consent forms from the Barangay office starting June 3 until June 6, 2024, or until available slots are filled.

2. Pre-registration: You can also pre-register online through this link, but you must still collect the consent form from the Barangay office by June 5, 2024.

Please note: If you fail to collect your consent form by June 5, your slot will be given to another interested party.



Barangay Lower Bicutan


The event will be held at Taguig National High School in Barangay New Lower Bicutan.

Reminders:

- Only 500 children from Barangay Lower Bicutan will be accommodated, from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM (cut-off). The operation is open to all ages.

- Visit the Barangay Secretariat Office to get a physical consent form.

- Ensure children eat before the operation and bring snacks and water to avoid dizziness from the anesthesia.

- A parent or guardian must accompany the child on the day of the operation and bring the following:

Barangay New Lower Bicutan


Operation Libreng Tuli in New Lower Bicutan will be held on June 14, 2024, from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM (cut-off at 12:00 PM) at Taguig National High School.

Important Guidelines:

- Only 500 children will be accommodated.

- Obtain a physical consent form from the Barangay Hall or inquire with Barangay Health Workers (BHW) at the ground floor.

- Ensure children eat before the operation and bring snacks and water.

- A parent or guardian must accompany the child on the day of the operation and bring the following:
  •  Consent Form from the Barangay Hall
  •  Identification (ID) Card of the child and guardian
  •  Birth Certificate if the child has no ID

Only residents of the scheduled barangay can participate on the designated day.



Barangay Ususan


Operation Libreng Tuli in Brgy. Ususan will take place on June 6, 2024, Thursday, from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Ususan Elementary School.

Important Guidelines:

- Visit the 2nd floor of Ususan Barangay Hall and look for Lola to obtain the consent form, to be signed by the parent or guardian.

- Ensure children eat before the operation and bring snacks and water.

- A parent or guardian must accompany the child on the day of the operation and bring the following:
  •  Consent Form from the Barangay Hall
  •  Identification (ID) Card of the child and guardian
  •  Birth Certificate if the child has no ID
