Key Qualifications:
Residency: Must be a resident of Taguig City.
Education (Advantageous): A Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Mass Communication, Film, or other related courses is an advantage, though not strictly required.
Experience & Skills:
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in video editing for a variety of platforms, including social media, events, and other communication materials.
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Capability to edit both short-form content (like Reels, Stories) and long-form videos (features, documentaries, and AVPs).
- Knowledgeable in enhancing video storytelling through the effective use of music, graphics, transitions, and visual effects.
Work Ethic:
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines while consistently maintaining a high-quality output.
- Possesses strong attention to detail and is professional in handling feedback and revisions.
- Exhibits creativity, initiative, and motivation to produce engaging and impactful videos.
- Can work both independently and collaboratively with other teams, including writers, graphic artists, and social media specialists.
- Highly organized, with excellent time management and communication skills.
- Full-time availability is a must.
A Plus: Experience in advanced skills such as color grading and sound design is a bonus, and fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
