The Taguig City Government, through the Public Employment Service Office (PESO), has officially opened applications for the Special Program for the Employment of Students – Private for the year 2026.


This initiative aims to provide Taguigeño youth with valuable work experience and financial assistance. For this cycle, the city has opened 25 exclusive slots for 78-day job placements within the Hiranand Group of Companies, specifically at Jollibee and Chowking branches.



Application Timeline and Location

Admission is currently ongoing and will run until January 9, 2026. Interested applicants may visit the venue from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM:

Venue: 2nd Floor, Taguig L.E.A.P. Center (Livelihood Employment & Advancement Program)

Address: Block 3 Phase 1, Pampanga St. corner 9th Avenue, Brgy. Pinagsama, Taguig City.



Eligibility Criteria

The program is specifically designed for students and Out-of-School-Youth (OSY) who meet the following requirements:

  • Age: 18 to 24 years old.

  • Residency: Must be a bonafide resident of Taguig. Notably, 10 out of the 25 slots are reserved specifically for residents of the EMBO barangays.

  • Academic Status: Currently enrolled students or OSYs are welcome, provided they have not yet graduated and are not currently in their graduating semester of college.

  • Health and Personality: Applicants must be fit to work, possess a pleasing personality, and maintain good personal hygiene.



Requirements for Applicants

Those interested must bring the following documents and tools to the L.E.A.P. Center:

  • Updated Resume with a recent photo.

  • Valid Government-issued ID.

  • GoTyme App installed on their smartphone (used for payroll/disbursement purposes).
