In the heart of Bonifacio Global City, a groundbreaking proposal is set to redefine the skyline of Manila.

Proposed as a benchmark for business and commercial ventures, the tower aims not only to elevate the image and functionality of BGC but also to integrate seamlessly with its surroundings, enhancing industry clustering and creating value for investors.

The Golden Topper BGC ICON Tower, standing tall at an impressive 388 meters with a scale of 222,000 square meters, promises to be a symbol of innovation and progress in the bustling capital. With its strategic location and visionary design, the project seeks to set new standards for urban development in the Philippines.

As of writing, the Metrobank Center is the tallest building not only in Taguig but in the whole country.

Inspired by the nation's iconic flower, the Jasmine, the tower's design pays homage to the beauty of Filipino culture and nature.

Its form, resembling a blooming jasmine bud, features flowing and graceful giant frames and columns connected by diagonal braces, achieving a perfect harmony between architectural structure and artistic representation.

Despite the challenges posed by the site, the project prioritizes the creation of an active public space at the ground level, extending eastward to street plazas and municipal green areas. By opening up the ground level, the tower fosters a sense of community and connectivity, further enriching the city's public realm and enhancing the overall urban experience.

Currently in the competition entry phase, the Golden Topper BGC ICON Tower represents a bold vision for the future of Manila's skyline. As plans for the tower continue to unfold, it stands as a testament to the city's enduring spirit of innovation and ambition, signaling a new era of architectural excellence in the Philippines.
