The Public Employment Service Office (PESO) of Taguig City, in partnership with PESO-accredited SM Retail group employers, is conducting weekly Local Recruitment Activities (LRA) every Monday to connect job seekers with immediate employment opportunities across various retail operations.


The hiring initiative covers positions across key SM retail branches in and around the city, including:

  • SM Supermarket Aura (Taguig)
  • SM Supermarket Bicutan (Parañaque)
  • SM Supermarket Makati



Open Job Vacancies

The following entry-level retail positions are open across participating SM Supermarket, Savemore, and Hypermarket branches:

  • Bagger
  • Cashier
  • Clerk
  • Customer Service Representative


Applicant Qualifications

The vacancies are accessible to candidates seeking entry-level retail roles or looking to start a career in customer service:

  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old and above.

  • Education: Open to High School Graduates, Senior High School (SHS) Graduates, or College Graduates.

  • Experience: Open to applicants with or without prior work experience; candidates must be willing to undergo basic retail training.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic computer and PC operations.
