The local government of Taguig has announced an update to its annual Pamaskong Handog distribution process, moving away from physical vouchers to a digital verification system powered by the Taguig City Integrated Survey System (TCISS).


To address the limited availability of physical tickets and streamline distribution, city personnel are conducting home-based interviews and verification visits. Information gathered during these updates is compiled directly into the official portal at Taguig Census.


Key Updates for Residents


 * Digital Citizen ID Numbers: Instead of physical paper vouchers or tickets, beneficiaries are assigned a unique Citizen ID number based on their survey answers.

 * No Manual Online Registration Required: City officials clarified that residents do not need to register or fill out online forms independently. The process relies entirely on validation from previous and ongoing household interviews conducted by official census encoders.

 * Home Verification Visits: Authorized interviewers will return to residences to provide residents with their generated Citizen ID details and allow them to take a photo of the ID information for safe storage.


Presenting Proof on Distribution Day

On the designated distribution date, residents need only to present their assigned Citizen ID number. The city has outlined flexible guidelines for claiming:

 * Smartphone Users: Present the photo of your Citizen ID screen saved on your mobile device.

 * Residents Without Smartphones: Write down the assigned Citizen ID number clearly on a piece of paper.

 * Working/Absent Residents: If you are away during the visit or claim period, print or write down the photographed Citizen ID details to present at the venue.


Residents can check their status or view sample records by visiting the TLCPortal via Taguig Census, where qualified profile records—such as registered barangay details and Citizen IDs—are verified across city sectors, including West Rembo and neighboring areas.
