Admission Requirements

Admission Requirements for New Student Applicants

Nursery / Kindergarten
  • Age: 4 years old by October of the Academic Year for Nursery, 5 years old by October of the Academic Year for Kinder
  • Photocopies of birth (PSA) and baptismal certificates
  • Three (3) pieces of 1 x 1 ID Picture (white background)
  • Entrance interview (both child and parent, to be scheduled by the Guidance Advocate)
  • For non-Catholics: Signed form of Non-Catholic Agreement.


Elementary, Junior, and Senior High School
  • Form 138 (Report Card)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character duly signed by the Principal / Guidance Counselor
  • Photocopies of birth (PSA) and baptismal certificates
  • Three (3) pieces of 1 x 1 ID Picture (white background)
  • Entrance interview (both child and parent, to be scheduled by the Guidance Advocate)
  • For non-Catholics: Signed form of Non-Catholic Agreement.
  • For High School Transferees with ESC Voucher: ESC Certificate from the current school
  • For Senior High School without ESC, QVR from PEAC Website when available.
  • Grade requirement for Senior High School: General Average - 80 and above,
    • STEM: 85 and above in Math and Science
    • ABM: 85 and above in Math
    • GAS: 83 and above in Math and Science
    • HUMSS: 80 and above General Average
