Taguig City Dialysis Center Location

The Taguig City Dialysis Center is located at the 3rd floor of the Center for the Elderly along Ipil-Ipil St., Brgy. North Signal, Taguig City


Operational Hours and Services

The Dialysis Center operates from Monday to Saturday, opening its doors from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Patients can avail themselves of the dialysis process free of charge, including the dialyzer and erythropoietin. Additionally, patients in need of laboratory services can also access them free of charge.



Screening Procedures

Patients are encouraged to visit the Dialysis Center for screening on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN. To facilitate a smooth screening process, patients are required to bring the following documents and medical records:

  • Medical Abstract or History: Provide comprehensive medical records to aid in the assessment process.

  • Recent Hepatitis Profile: Include HBsAg, Anti HCV, and AntiHBs results from the past three months.

  • Latest Complete Blood Count (CBC): Present CBC results from the previous month.

  • Recent Creatinine, K, CA, Phosphorus, Albumin Results: Provide recent test results obtained within the last month.

  • Patients in need of the mentioned laboratory tests will be provided with referrals for free examinations.

  • Latest Chest X-ray: Submit a copy of the chest X-ray results from the previous year.

  • Treatment Monitoring Sheet/Record: Bring the treatment monitoring sheet/record from the last three treatments at the previous dialysis center.

  • Voter's Registration/Certificate: If the patient is a minor, bring the parent's voter's registration/certificate.

  • PhilHealth ID: If available, provide the PhilHealth ID for insurance coverage.

  • Taguig City CSWD Social Case Study Report: If applicable, submit the Taguig City CSWD social case study report.
