Qualified applicants include welders, carpenters, painters, electricians, and plumbers, all of whom may soon benefit from this short-term emergency employment program designed to support displaced, underemployed, or seasonal workers.
Who Can Apply?
Applicants must be 18 years old and above, with senior citizens (ages 60–65) required to submit a fit-to-work medical certificate to ensure eligibility.
However, certain individuals are not qualified under the current guidelines:
- Past or current beneficiaries of any TUPAD program in 2025
- Those who have participated in Cash-for-Work programs
- 4Ps (Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program) beneficiaries
- Students, barangay staff/volunteers, or relatives of barangay personnel
Application Requirements
Applicants must prepare the following documents:
- 1 government-issued ID (must indicate a Taguig address – see accepted list below)
- 1 photocopy of the same ID
- 1x1 ID photo
- Fit-to-work clearance (for applicants aged 60–65)
Accepted IDs (must show a Taguig address):
- Driver’s License
- UMID
- SSS ID
- National ID
- Voter’s ID
- Voter’s Certificate (dated 2025)
- Police Clearance ID
- Passport
- Postal ID
❗ Note: The following IDs are not accepted: Barangay ID, PhilHealth ID, Temporary National ID, and Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card.

Applicants must submit their forms online via the official TUPAD skilled worker application form:
The application link will automatically close once all 2,400 slots have been filled, so interested applicants are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
This effort is part of Taguig City’s commitment to livelihood recovery and support for skilled laborers affected by job displacement or economic downturn.
