The incident unfolded along J. P. Rizal in West Rembo when a vigilant motorist noticed another driver struggling to push a flat-tire motorbike. Fortunately, the observant motorist’s actions did not go unnoticed as a TMO officer was present to witness the situation.

Without hesitation, the TMO officer approached the stranded motorist and offered a free tow, exemplifying the spirit of compassion and public service.
