Taguig City residents in Barangay North Signal now have access to round-the-clock diagnostic laboratory services with the opening of a new facility.
The city government of Taguig, known for its commitment to enhancing healthcare accessibility, has added another feather to its cap with the inauguration of a 24/7 diagnostic laboratory center at the Super Health Center in Barangay North Signal.
This new facility joins the existing network of 29 community-based labs spread across Taguig's health centers and its three primary laboratories, further solidifying the city's healthcare infrastructure.
Equipped with a dedicated team of doctors, nurses, medical technologists, and laboratory personnel, the 24/7 diagnostic laboratory center is prepared to meet the urgent testing needs of patients with critical medical conditions.

Services available at the center encompass a wide range of diagnostic tests including the following:
- complete blood count (CBC)
- urinalysi
- hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg)
- VDRL test
- electrolyte panel (sodium, potassium, chloride)
- Dengue NS1 antigen test
- IgG and IgM antibody tests
- fecalysis.
The establishment of this 24/7 diagnostic laboratory center is particularly significant as it will primarily serve emergency patients attended to at the three Super Health Centers situated in Barangay North Signal, Ligid-Tipas, and Central Bicutan.
Patients referred from other health centers within Taguig will be accommodated for services after 5:00 pm, subject to the urgency of their cases and upon securing the necessary referral from their originating health center.
While the new diagnostic laboratory operates around the clock, other diagnostic laboratories within various health centers across Taguig will maintain their operating hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
