The cleanliness and orderliness of our waterways are priorities supported by the Taguig City Government. Together with the City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) and Manila Water Company Inc., free desludging services will be conducted for Taguig residents.


Here are the scheduled dates for the free desludging services in the following barangays for the year 2024:


January:
  • Barangay Rizal

March:
  • Barangay Pinagsama
  • Barangay Ligid Tipas
  • Barangay North Signal

July:
  • Barangay West Rembo

August:
  • Barangay San Miguel

Free Desludging Requirements

Here are the necessary steps and preparations to be made before and after desludging:

  • Secure the Manila Water bill
  • Before and after desludging:
    • Locate the position of your septic tank
    • Ensure that the septic tank can be opened
    • Ensure that the area where the septic tank is located is clean
    • When the desludging truck arrives, there must be someone in your household present.
    • Ensure that your house has an IEC sticker to certify that you have been serviced by Manila Water. You can coordinate with CENRO for the sticker.
