The Taguig Scholarships Office has officially announced that applications for the Lifeline Assistance for Neighbors In-Need (L.A.N.I.) Scholarship Program for the first semester of School Year 2025-2026 are now open.


The online application period runs from August 20 to September 19, 2025, giving students a month to submit their requirements.

To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:


  • Already enrolled in school;

  • If 18 years old or older, must be a registered voter of Taguig;

  • At least one parent must also be a registered voter of Taguig;

  • The family must have been residents of Taguig for at least three (3) years;

  • Must be of good moral character, both on paper and in conduct.

Interested students may apply by filling out the online form at this link: https://qrco.de/LANI_1stSem-SY2025-2026 or by scanning the QR code provided by the Taguig Scholarships Office. Applicants are reminded to complete the form carefully and truthfully to avoid delays in processing.



The L.A.N.I. Scholarship Program is one of the City Government of Taguig’s flagship educational assistance initiatives, designed to support deserving students and ease the financial burden of pursuing higher education.
