TESDA Scholarship Programs

Chef Maritime takes pride in its commitment to empowering individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the maritime industry. The center offers TESDA-accredited scholarship programs in Cookery NC II and Bread and Pastry Production NC II.


Cookery NC II

Cookery NC II is a TESDA-accredited program designed to cultivate the talents of aspiring chefs and culinary enthusiasts. The course covers a wide array of topics, ranging from basic kitchen operations to advanced cooking techniques. Participants gain hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking, and presentation, essential aspects of a successful career in the culinary arts.

Blended Online Class (28 days): Accessible from the comfort of your own space, this phase allows participants to engage in virtual learning for 28 days from 8 am to 12 pm.

Face-to-face Class (14 days): The training intensifies with a hands-on approach during the face-to-face sessions, spanning 14 days from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday.


Bread and Pastry Production NC II

Bread and Pastry Production NC II is a specialized training program under TESDA is designed to provide individuals with the knowledge and skills required in the field of baking and pastry production. The program encompasses a comprehensive curriculum that covers the entire spectrum of baking, from traditional bread-making techniques to the delicate artistry of pastry creation.

Blended Online Class (13 days): Learn the art of bread and pastry production online for 13 days, from 8 am to 12 pm.

Face-to-face Class (7 days): Dive into the hands-on experience of creating delightful pastries during the 7-day face-to-face sessions, held from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday.
