How to Avail KinderCity Unli Play

To avail of this offer, customers can book their slots online at KinderCity.com.ph or walk in. Payment must be completed through KinderCity's official payment channels.

Upon arrival at the branch, the payment will be validated, and an Official Receipt will be provided at the ticket booth counter, serving as your entry pass.

This incredible deal is available from May 19, 2023, to September 30, 2023, and has been extended until December 31, 2023, as approved by DTI FTEB.

Your unlimited playtime starts from your specific booked or purchased timeslot. Please note that there will be a 20-minute intermission period for cleaning and disinfection for every hour of playtime.


During this break, all visitors must temporarily leave the play area. However, you can return to enjoy the unlimited play for the rest of the day.



Terms and Conditions

Here are some essential terms and conditions to keep in mind:
  • Unlimited playtime is non-consecutive and starts from the booked or purchased timeslot.
  • Customers must vacate the play area during the 20-minute intermission period for cleaning and disinfection.
  • The promotion is applicable only on the same day of booking and cannot be carried forward.
  • If your booking falls within the last two playtimes of the day, you can still enjoy one hour of play before the mall closes. However, if your booking falls on the last playtime, additional hours are not applicable.
  • The promo does not allow the exchange of companions and cannot be used for events at KinderCity.
  • Subsequent playtimes must be used at the same KinderCity branch.
  • This offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in part or in full. It is valid for a single transaction only.
  • This promo cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, such as Senior Citizen, PWD, or those covered under the National Athletes, Coaches, and Trainers Benefits and Incentives Act.
