Secure your vaccination appointment through Taguig TRACE!

1. Visit taguig.trace and Create an Account

2. Complete and answer the required information (Location, Personal Information, Medical fields) 

3. Generate QR Code which will be used for vaccination

4. You are now registered for the vaccine! 

5. Wait for your schedule. You will be notified if it is your turn to be vaccinated or if there are slots available.

The City Government follows DOH Prioritization and has limited supply from the national government.

We are using the Taguig QR Code as our basis for vaccination. We are sending text messages, calls, email and even go house to house to notify those who have a scheduled appointment for vaccination.
