The southern corridor of Metro Manila just got a major lifestyle upgrade. Today, Ayala Malls Arca South officially opened its doors to the public, marking the completion of Phase 1 of what is set to become Taguig’s newest central community hub.

Located within the expansive Arca South estate in Western Bicutan, the mall introduces a "next-generation escape" that prioritizes open-air retail, lush green spaces, and a curated culinary experience.

A Fresh Approach to Retail and Dining

Unlike traditional "box-type" shopping centers, Ayala Malls Arca South features a modern, airy design intended to blend nature with convenience. The launch of Phase 1 highlights several unique concepts designed to cater to coffee enthusiasts and foodies alike:

  • Fresh Grounds: This debut roastery zone serves as a haven for artisanal coffee lovers, featuring a mix of local and international names such as the Philippines' Ahon Coffee, Malaysia’s JB Kopitiam, and Saigon Coffee.

  • The Crates: An immersive market experience where visitors can find fresh produce, regional delicacies, and vibrant flower stalls.

  • Outdoor Food Truck Park: For those looking for a casual bite, the mall has deployed a fleet of food trucks featuring crowd favorites like Cibo, Yushoken, Mos Burger, German Doner Kebab, and Goof! Doughnuts.

Seamless Connectivity

Designed with accessibility in mind, the mall is integrated into the Arca South mixed-use development, which already houses a major transport terminal. The mall features extensive basement parking and is strategically positioned to serve residents and office workers from nearby business hubs.

"This is meant to be a 'third space'—a place between home and work where people can breathe, explore, and connect," the management stated during the opening.

How to Get There

Commuters and motorists can access the mall via the Arca South estate entrance along the Metro Manila Skyway East Service Road.

From Makati/Ortigas: Take C-5 then turn onto the Skyway East Service Road.

From EDSA: Take the Skyway West Service Road ramp, exit at Lawton Avenue, and switch to the East Service Road.

From Alabang/NAIA: Take Sales Road and exit directly onto the Skyway East Service Road.

Arca Loop Shuttle

With Phase 1 now operational, the mall is expected to continue evolving, with more retail stores and lifestyle experiences scheduled to open throughout the year.
