Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC III is a training program offered by TESDA (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority) in the Philippines. The program is designed to provide individuals with advanced skills and knowledge in the field of shielded metal arc welding.

Training Duration: 268 hours
A person who has achieved this Qualification is competent to be:
- Plate Welder (SMAW)

- Open for Taguig Residents
Requirements
- ✓ Photocopy of Birth Certificate
- ✓ Photocopy of the Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
- ✓ Photocopy of Previous School Record (HS or College) – Diploma or TOR
- ✓ Photocopy of Brgy. Clearance or NBI Clearance
- ✓ Latest ID Pictures
- 4 pcs 1×1 picture (White background, formal attire)
- ✓ Photocopy of valid Gov’t Issued ID with 3 specimen signatures
- ✓ Photocopy of Medical Certificate or Brgy. Health Certificate
- ✓ Certificate of Indigency
