Taguig City Mayor Lani Cayetano lauded over 1,000 graduates after they received their certificates for completing the courses offered at the Taguig Manpower Training Center (TMTC) during its 12th Commencement Exercises at Taguig City University (TCU) Auditorium in Barangay Central Bicutan on May 4, Saturday.

After the graduation rites, a job fair was also held in TCU Auditorium to help the graduates seek employment.

TMTC offers various courses including automotive, barista, call center, carpentry, cookery, cosmetology, electrical installation and maintenance, food and beverage services,, housekeeping, massage therapy, and hotel restaurant services.

In addition, TMTC offers livelihood programs to Taguigeños. These include programs for food processing, beads making, soap making, candle making, perfume making, silkscreen printing, stuffed toys making, and lantern decoration making

Since 2010, TMTC has been doing its part in molding globally competitive and efficient Taguigeño workers.

As of 2019, over 15,000 have graduated and benefited from the programs offered by TMTC.
